Staying at this hotel was a true delight. The rooms were gorgeous with a lovely balcony, a wonderful bathroom, and a superb double bed; a great value for money. The service was top-notch from the moment I arrived at the reception with the staff accommodating every request with cheerfulness. The location, right in the heart of Ortigia, couldn't have been better, surrounded by charming restaurants. While the dining experience was lacking in temperature for the coffee, the fresh-baked scones were a highlight. The facilities were modern and well-kept, ensuring a comfortable stay.
